I loved the cozy atmosphere of this family-run hotel. The warm reception made me feel welcomed right away. My room was compact but very well-maintained, featuring a charming vintage decor that added character. Breakfast options were decent, with gluten-free products available upon request, though I wished for a bit more variety in the fruits and pastries. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the central train station, making it easy to explore Salzburg. One minor inconvenience was the inconsistent Wi-Fi access, which made it difficult to plan my day at times. But the clean rooms and friendly ambiance more than made up for it.

100% recommend for a hurried visit
Charming hotel, convenient location, spotlessly clean room with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the good value breakfast in a spacious dining room while being just a short walk from transport connections to all of Salzburg's sightseeing spots.

missingWrote a review on 10 Augdated furnishings
A few issues stand out, the furnishings are a bit dated, harking back to the 60s, while the lack of air conditioning made it quite warm in summer. A cumbersome room key had to be left at reception, and the breakfast experience was mildly marred by the unpleasant sight of a staff member smoking in the kitchen.

Charming Stay with a Heartwarming Atmosphere
I truly enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely vintage charm that made me feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delightful array of pastries and a personal touch with coffee served to our table. A minor improvement would be to have tea and coffee facilities available in the room for late-night cravings.

The sparkling clean room and the friendly atmosphere truly enhanced the experience. The breakfast spread, particularly the fresh fruit, was a delightful way to start the day. However, occasional street noise could be disruptive in the early hours, and the furnishings appeared a bit dated. While the staff was accommodating, the absence of in-room coffee facilities was a minor letdown.
